ONEBUY S.R.L. ships orders from its operational headquarters in Italy to the European Union countries enabled on our online store.
Shipping to Italy
Orders delivered within Italy are subject to a flat shipping fee of €6.90 per order.
Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has been processed and handed over to the carrier.
Shipping to Other European Union Countries
Orders delivered to the other European Union countries currently served by ONEBUY are subject to a flat shipping fee of €14.90 per order.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, carrier network and local delivery conditions.
The estimated delivery timeframe, where available, is displayed during checkout or communicated in the shipping confirmation.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During periods of high order volume, promotions, public holidays or exceptional circumstances, processing or delivery may take longer.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Where tracking is available, customers will receive shipping confirmation containing the relevant tracking information.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping costs may apply before the order can be shipped again.
Damaged Parcels
If a parcel appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, we recommend reporting the damage to the carrier where possible and contacting us promptly at support@onebuy.eu.
Lost or Undelivered Orders

ONEBUY remains responsible for the goods until delivery to the consumer, except where the consumer has independently arranged a carrier not offered by ONEBUY.
