ONEBUY.eu is an e-commerce website offering selected products, stock deals, clearance products and other goods available through our current catalogue.
Consumer sales are available in Italy and in the European countries enabled in the ONEBUY checkout.
B2B sales are available in Italy on request and may be subject to separate commercial conditions.
3. Products and Availability
Product availability is subject to current stock levels and may change without prior notice.
Some products may be available only in limited quantities, as liquidation stock, clearance stock or special purchase opportunities.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, ONEBUY may contact the customer to propose an alternative solution or cancel the affected item or order and issue the applicable refund.

Images are illustrative and minor differences may occur due to photography, display settings, packaging updates or product revisions.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product information and compatibility before purchase.
5. Prices
Prices displayed on ONEBUY.eu are shown in the currency applicable to the selected market and include VAT where required.
Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown separately during checkout or according to the available shipping configuration for the destination.
Prices, promotions and discounts may change at any time before an order is completed.
A price displayed on the retail website does not automatically constitute a B2B or wholesale price.
6. Orders

Receipt of an order confirmation does not prevent ONEBUY from carrying out reasonable checks relating to payment, stock availability, shipping feasibility or suspected errors.

8. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped to the destinations currently enabled in the ONEBUY checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, local conditions, peak periods or circumstances outside ONEBUY's reasonable control.
Shipping costs are calculated according to destination, shipment characteristics and available delivery services.
For remote locations, islands or other destinations where the carrier applies an exceptionally high additional charge, ONEBUY may contact the customer after checkout to request an additional shipping supplement.
If the additional shipping charge is not accepted, ONEBUY may cancel the order and refund the amount paid.

9. Local Pickup
Local Pickup is available only where offered during checkout.
Orders must be placed and paid online before collection.
Customers must wait for confirmation that the order is ready before visiting the warehouse.

Collection is available Monday to Friday on business days, from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM.
No direct retail sales are available at the warehouse.
10. Returns and Refunds
Eligible consumer purchases are subject to ONEBUY's 30-day return period and applicable consumer rights.
Returns, refunds, exclusions and related procedures are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
B2B purchases may be subject to separate return conditions agreed at the time of sale.
11. B2B Purchases
B2B enquiries are available in Italy on request for bulk quantities, liquidation stock and larger commercial purchases.
B2B quotations, prices, payment terms, quantities, delivery conditions and return conditions may differ from those applicable to consumer purchases.

12. Bundles and Promotional Offers
ONEBUY may offer product bundles, promotional packages, clearance deals or other combined offers.
Bundle contents, prices and availability are specific to the relevant offer and may change according to stock availability.
Where a bundle or promotional offer is returned, the refund may be recalculated according to the items actually returned and the original promotion conditions.
