This Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions for returns, refunds and withdrawal rights for purchases made from ONEBUY S.R.L., in accordance with applicable European consumer protection laws.
14-Day Free Returns
Customers located within the European Union have the right to request a return within 14 days from the delivery date, without providing a reason.
Eligible returns are accepted with free return service within the 14-day withdrawal period.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be submitted within 14 days from delivery
- The product must be returned in the same condition as received
- All accessories, manuals and included components must be returned
- Original packaging should be included whenever reasonably possible
Customers are responsible only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functionality of the product.
Return Procedure
Before returning a product, customers must contact our support team to receive return authorization and return instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Depending on warehouse location and logistics arrangements, the return address may differ from the original shipping address.
Free Return Shipping
Eligible returns requested within the 14-day withdrawal period include free return shipping.
If a product is damaged, defective or incorrect upon delivery, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include replacement, refund or return assistance.
Inspection of Returned Goods
All returned products are inspected upon receipt. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
Refunds

Refunds include the amount paid for the returned products and, where required by law, the standard delivery cost originally paid by the customer.

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. Customers may return eligible items and place a new order separately.
