2. Consumer Sales

The online store is intended for business-to-consumer (B2C) sales.

Business-to-business (B2B) sales, bulk purchases, wholesale orders and clearance lots are handled separately and only following direct contact with ONEBUY.

3. Products

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, prices and availability shown on the website are accurate.

Colours, packaging, labels or minor product details may vary slightly from the images displayed due to production changes, photographic conditions, screen settings or stock variations.

Some products may form part of clearance, discontinued, end-of-line or limited stock collections. Availability is therefore subject to stock remaining.

4. Prices

Prices displayed on the online store are shown in the applicable currency and include taxes where required by applicable law.

Shipping charges are calculated separately and displayed before the order is confirmed.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing, typographical or technical errors before an order is accepted.

An order is considered accepted when ONEBUY confirms acceptance or dispatches the goods.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing errors, technical errors, stock unavailability or other legitimate reasons.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the relevant amount will be refunded.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.

ONEBUY additionally offers a 30-day return period subject to the conditions set out in our Return and Refund Policy.

Certain sealed goods may be excluded from return after opening where they are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.
