Order Processing
Orders are processed after successful payment authorization and verification. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
In certain situations, additional verification may be required for security or fraud prevention purposes.
Shipping Origin
Orders are shipped exclusively from:
- Our operational warehouse in Italy (Ancarano, TE);
- Trusted warehouse partners located within the European Union.
Products may be shipped from different warehouse locations depending on stock availability, destination country and logistics optimization.
Delivery Times
Most orders within Europe are delivered within 1–5 business days.
Orders shipped from our Italian warehouse may be delivered within 24/48 hours in Italy, depending on destination and carrier operations.
Delivery times may vary depending on:
- Product availability
- Destination country
- Carrier operations
- Peak seasons or public holidays
Estimated delivery times are indicative and may occasionally be affected by operational or logistical delays outside our control.
Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately from different warehouse locations. As a result, packages may arrive at different times.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs and any free shipping eligibility are clearly displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.

We currently deliver to multiple European countries, including:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
Customs and Import Duties
Orders shipped from Italy or European Union warehouses are generally delivered without additional customs duties within the European Union.
Applicable VAT is included where required under European regulations.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information during checkout.
ONEBUY S.R.L. is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Failed Deliveries
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details, refusal of delivery or repeated failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to the sender.
Additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment requests.
Force Majeure and Delivery Delays
Delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including carrier disruptions, severe weather conditions, transportation issues or force majeure events.
