When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary based on your location and are calculated at checkout: in Italy usually 24–48 hours, across the rest of the EU on average 3–7 days.
Return policy
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right. You can cancel your purchase within 14 days from the delivery date, without having to provide any reason. Shipping
We ship from our warehouse in Ancarano (TE), Italy to all 27 EU countries with express couriers via Packlink Pro. Rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on destination, parcel weight/dimensions, and the selected service. Shipping within Italy is free; for other EU destinations, costs are paid by the customer. Orders are processed within 1 business day. Typical delivery times: Italy 24–48 hours, rest of the EU 3–7 business days (may vary for islands/remote areas and peak seasons). A tracking email is sent when your order ships.
Manufacturing & Quality
Our products are made by vetted manufacturing partners. Each batch undergoes compliance and quality checks—CE where applicable (e.g., electronics), and for child car seats the ECE R129 i-Size standard—plus material/safety checks in line with EU rules (e.g., REACH/RoHS where applicable). On arrival at our Ancarano (TE), Italy facility we perform inbound inspections and random functional tests before dispatch. Every item is traceable by lot/serial. Italian user manuals are provided (also downloadable via QR). Specific origin and certificates are listed on each product page.
